How long has your makeup tool not been cleaned? Our daily use of makeup brushes, puffs, eyelash curlers, and even hair removal tools are all about cleansing and care. Once we don't care about cleanliness, we can't not only play their due role, but can even hurt your skin.
One, makeup brush
During the makeup process, if you need to clean the brush immediately, use a brush cleaning spray to align the bristles with light spray, and then use a paper towel to remove excess moisture. After the spray has evaporated, you can continue to use the brush.
Every month, use a special brush cleaner to clean the brush once. After cleaning, use a towel or paper towel to dry the water; the brush is allowed to dry naturally, try to let the bristles stick out of the surrounding plane (such as the table) to prevent brushing. The head is deformed by squeezing.
Second, the eyelash curler
The rubber clip on the eyelash curler and the metal clip above the gasket are most likely to adhere to the mascara. Before the mascara is applied, it is not easy to contaminate the eyelash curler when the lashes are clipped. If there is mascara remaining on the top, it will cause the rubber pad to be damaged. Corrosion, wipe off dirt with paper towels after each use.
Eyelash curlers should be disinfected daily with an alcohol swab. Once the rubber pad is dirty, it should be replaced immediately. This will ensure long-term eye and eye health. In addition, eye and lip makeup remover can also be used to clean the eyelash curler.
Third, dry and wet powder puffs and sponges
Since puffs and sponges are very dirty, it's usually best to prepare more than two for alternate use. Try to puff independently in a box to keep it clean and not mix with other makeup products. For foundation products with different shades of color, different puffs or sponges should be used to avoid color mixing and affect the makeup effect.
After a period of use, wash with a neutral lotion or soap. After cleaning, do not twist it by hand. Use a towel to wring out excess water and then dry it in a well-ventilated place.
Fourth, hair removal tools
During the hair removal process, the skin and hair oils and excretions adhere to the blade, and they enter the wound with inattentiveness, causing inflammation and pruritus. Especially body exfoliators used in bathrooms are exposed to moisture for long periods of time and are more likely to promote bacterial growth.
After using the hair removal tool, it must be washed with boiling water and dried in the sun. Some people choose not to shave and choose to plucking, but also pay attention to the cleaning and disinfection of plucking tools.
Five, cosmetic bag
Cosmetic pouches are often picked up because of the makeup needs. If they aren't cleaned or replaced regularly, they can also affect the facial skin. If you are using a cloth cosmetic bag, it is best to wash it once a week, and it should be changed after one year of use.
No matter what type of cosmetic bag, it is recommended to use diluted alcohol to clean it, and then wipe it with a towel or a tissue paper to wipe the shell and surface of makeup products and skin care products. The contents are clean and the makeup will be more at ease.
